Keto Butter Coffee Balls
These BULLETPROOF® coffee balls are deliciously creamy and rich with Keto friendly fats. Simple to prepare, these easy Bulletproof coffee balls make an excellent Keto snack to keep on hand in the fridge. Perfect to keep you satiated between meals and boost your daily fat intake.
How to Make Keto Butter Coffee Balls
We have used coconut oil, unsalted butter and cream cheese to create the base mixture of our BULLETPROOF® coffee balls. The fats are simply blended with a hint of vanilla, sweet cinnamon and low carb sweetener until smooth and creamy. Strong black coffee is then gradually added to the fats. Once prepared, the mixture is simply chilled until firm and set then rolled into individual servings.
Tips
Our BULLETPROOF® coffee balls provide a great base recipe from which you can add or adjust flavorings to suit your tastes. Why not try adding a little unsweetened cocoa power to create a mocha inspired flavor? You can also add a little mint or orange extract to complement the coffee. Be sure to adjust your macros for any changes made.

Step 1
Add the coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon and erythritol to a food processor. At this point you can add any of your preferred additional flavorings. Blend together well to combine. The mixture will start to form a thick creamy paste.Step 2
Keep the motor of the food processor running at a medium speed. Slowly drizzle in the (room temperature/cool) coffee a little at a time. Blend the mixture together until well combined. You should have a thick yet smooth and creamy consistency. Spoon this mixture into a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. This will allow the mixture to firm up enough to be shaped.Step 3
Remove the chilled mixture from the fridge. The mixture should be firm but easy to scoop up with spoon. If it is not, continue to chill further. Scoop roughly 1 tablespoon of the mix at a time and shape into a ball with your hands. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture until you have 12 coffee balls. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
