Keto Turkey Meatballs With Tomato Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Ground turkey
9 oz
Pitted Kalamata Olives by Mezzetta
6 olives
Sundried Tomatoes
3 piece
Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese
1-½ tablespoon, grated
Garlic
1 clove
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce
½ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes and olives. Add the turkey to a mixing bowl along with the Parmesan, 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning, tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix together.Step 3
Divide the mixture evenly into 14 meatballs.Step 4
Arrange the meatballs across the lined oven tray and bake for 18 minutes or until completely cooked through.Step 5
Whilst the meatballs are cooking, mince the garlic and add to a small pan along with the tomato sauce and remaining Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring well to combine.Step 6
Reduce to a simmer and add the balsamic. Stir well and simmer for a further 5 minutes.Step 7
Spear each meatball with a toothpick.Step 8
Serve the meatballs together with the dipping sauce.

I’m not using the dip. What would I add back in for net carbs and calories
