Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Thinly slice the garlic and add to the pan, sweating gently until tender.Step 2
Thinly slice the olives and add to the pan with the passata, stock and oregano. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle boil.Step 3
Add the green beans and stir well. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until tender and the sauce has reduced.Step 4
Scatter the beans with crumbled feta to serve.
