Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, then slice it into thin strips. Cut the onion into thin strips. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, peppers, and parsley. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with fajita seasoning. Toss well to combine.Step 2
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place everything in the basket and air fry for 13 minutes, tossing halfway through. The meat and vegetables should be fully cooked through and golden brown on the edges.Step 3
