Keto Chicken Salad

47 ratings

Chicken salad is a classic side dish! They can do more than just complement a barbecue, too. This chicken salad can be served as a side to a heavy meal, as a salad topper, or even enjoy it as a snack with Carb Manager Bacon Chips, Cloud Bread, or Cheese Crackers! This recipe is also especially light and fluffy with just a little tang to it.

This was actually pretty good! Just the right amount of mayo. I did t put the dill weed in it or the celery seed and it was still good

I've made this and used Pork Rinds as a cracker. It tastes better the next day after it all marinates in the fridge overnight. 🙌

Dill. Sweet pickles have sugar/corn syrup/high fructose.

Excellent! I wasn’t sure with the amount of mustard and pickle but this salad is just lovely. We added some garlic and parsley.

Good. I like sweet chicken salad though and more crunch. I added celery- however much you want. Then 1/4 teaspoon of swerve to make it a little sweet. Good balance. Will make again. May play more with a sweeter once with a little bit of grape and pecans

I added apple bits and walnuts to keep carbs down from grapes. Ordinarily, I add nuts, grapes, and blue cheese crumbles to my chicken salad. I think I will add the blue cheese before I fill my keto pita pocket!

Delicious chicken salad. Used sugar free gerkins. Placed chicken salad on a bed of shredded lettuce with a small sliced tomato The pickles and dill added a great flavor.

It’s about 1/2 cup. If you use a scale (like i did), make sure you deduct the weight of the container.
