  • Step 1

    Add the chicken thighs to a large mixing bowl along with the Aji sauce. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl along with the lime zest and olive oil. Season to taste and mix together with your hands so that the thighs are evenly coated in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Arrange the marinated thighs across a shallow oven tray.

    Transfer to the oven to bake for 35- 40 minutes or until completely cooked though and golden.
