Smoked Salmon
1-¾ ounce
Butter
1 tablespoon
Chives, Raw
1 tablespoon
Cucumber
⅓ large - 8 1/4" long
Salt, Sea Salt

⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Beat well to combine.Step 2
Finely chop the chives and add to the bowl with the eggs. Stir well.Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. Add the eggs and allow to settle and cook for a moment before scrambling with a wooden spoon.Step 4
Once the eggs are 3/4 cooked, roughly chop the salmon and stir through until the eggs are finished cooking to preference.Step 5
Slice the cucumber into 20 1/4 inch thick discs.Step 6
