Ground Pork

Garlic
1 clove
Ginger
1 slice - 1" diameter
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Hot Chili Pepper, Dried, With Seeds
1 teaspoon
Scallions
1 large
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Cilantro
1 tablespoon
Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon
Cabbage
½ small - head - approx 4 1/2" diameter

Step 1
Crush the garlic and grate the ginger. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sweat gently until tender.Step 2
Slice the tough core from the cabbage and discard any wilted outer leaves. Thinly slice the cabbage and chop the scallions into 1 inch chunks. Add to the pan along with the pork. Stir well to combine. Pan fry until the pork is just cooked through.Step 3
Add the chili flakes, lime juice and tamari. Stir well and cook for a minute more or until the cabbage is tender.Step 4
Scatter with chopped fresh cilantro to serve.
