These delightful cold dessert cups are filled with fluffy, creamy, tangy cheesecake and juicy, fresh blueberries. At your discretion, you may wish to add some lemon zest or a chocolate element for even more flavor. Yum!

In a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy. Mix in the stevia until you have a creamy, smooth mixture.Step 3
Use a spatula to fold the vanilla pudding by hand into the cream cheese. Fold until you have a consistent mixture. Then, gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to break them too much.Step 4

This is a perfect little treat. I only added 1 bag of the Stevia, which was .5 of a teaspoon. I think adding more of the pudding would be better plus you can use any sugar free flavor. These truly are good

It says to serve it in half cup portions, but that the nutritional info is based off 1 teaspoon serving sizes?
