These lovely 4-ingredient pizza bites are an excellent addition to your Keto party recipes. They are so easy to prepare (you can prepare them in just 15 minutes) and require four simple ingredients you probably already have. We used sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, low-carb pizza sauce, and oregano for this fantastic appetizer recipe. You can add some of your favorite low-carb pizza toppings, such as olives, anchovies, vegetables, cooked chicken, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, or even more cheese. These lovely bites are so delicious that you will make them for years. They are also a fantastic snack option during the week (even the kids will enjoy them). The recipe yields 20 pizza bites, but you can double the ingredients to prepare more.

The ingredients listed are incorrect—broccolini instead of mozzarella. Was I able to figure it out, yes, but it wasn’t exactly a “premium” recipe when I had to enter in all the ingredients myself.

Broccolini is not cheese. This comment is not helpful.

It is BOCCONCINI and it is a smaller version of mozzarella cheese. I don't know what the hell brocconcini is.

I think the mozzarella sounds better.

The ingredient listed above is bocconcini, not broccolini. Brocconcini is another word for mini mozzarella balls used in this recipe.
