Ultimate Keto Lemon Chamomile Tea
A warm cup of chamomlile tea is something you should definitely have every once in a while. Its calming effect makes this drink perfect for a cozy winter night or an afternoon rest. With just a couple of small modifications, this fantastic tea can be a wonderful addition to your Keto diet. We have decided to add a little extra lemon flavor to a classic tea recipe for just a little flavor you will absolutely love. You can also modify the amount of maple flavored syrup and adjust it to your taste, or completely skip it – the recipe will still be amazing. This Keto chamomile tea is best served warm so make sure to prepare it just before you're ready to serve.

Can I use chamomile tea bags instead of dried flowers?
Yes, you can also use the chamomile tea bags but the flavor won't be as rich as with dried flowers.

Of course, adding a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice is a great idea to prepare this beautiful tea.
