Keto Smoked Salmon Cucumber Appetizer
This appetizer is really quick to put together for a party or snack! I love the flavor combo of the dill, yogurt and smoked salmon. Feel free to use fresh dill and top each with a little fresh dill to make these extra fancy.

Ingredients
Cucumber
1 large - 8 1/4" long
Fage Total Greek Yogurt, Plain
½ cup
Dill Weed, Dried
1 tablespoon
Capers
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Smoked Salmon
3 ounce

Step 1
Slice cucumbers on a bias in ¼” thick slices. Combine the yogurt, dill (chopped dill if using fresh), chopped capers and a pinch of salt.Step 2
Top each cucumber with a dollop of yogurt and a small piece of smoked salmon! Top with fresh dill, if desired.

What can u replace the salmon with?

Any other cured meat like salami or prosciutto would be delicious and just as quick!
