Cucumber
½ large - 8 1/4" long
Canned Salmon
2 ounce
Cream Cheese Spread
1 tablespoon
Chives
2 teaspoon, cut pieces
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
2 tsp
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Slice the cucumber into 4 even segments. Taking a sharp knife, score around the center of the cucumber and scoop out the seeds, being careful not to cut all the way through the cucumber.Step 2
Add the salmon, cream cheese, chives, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 3
To serve, divide the salmon and cream cheese mixture evenly between the hollowed cucumber cups.

Am I using chives or dill? Ingredients list says chives instructions say dill. 🤔
