Low Carb Mixed Berry Cobbler
Cobber is one of my favorite desserts because it’s warm and pairs well with coffee. This version is very easy to put together, the hardest part is waiting for it to bake! I used a frozen berry blend that included strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

I love this recipe!!! I used vanilla extract and topped it with sea salt caramel keto ice cream. It's excellent!!!

I would love to make this but can't have blackberries because of medical issues. Is there another berry that I could use? Or could I use unsweetened cherries???

Haskap berries work well. I actually just use haskap, since they are in season now. Delish.

Why don't you just omit the blackberries and use an extra half cup of the others?

I’m a little confused on the recipe. It calls for unsweetened frozen fruit. Is it ok to use the regular frozen fruit.

Yes! I normally opt for buying fresh fruit individually & then freezing them. That way I know it's all natural without any additional ingredients. Hope that helps.

As long as it doesn’t have added sugars

Delicious and easy. I used ethyritol bc I did not have swerve.
ifeelyourpain 3 years ago
Did you use the same amount of ethyritol to swerve?

Can I use Xylitol or truvia instead of swerve? If yes then how much?

The only thing l suffer with on Keto is sometimes needing something sweet. This turned out fantastically well. I used fresh berries though and l omitted about a quarter of the butter and replaced with mct oil. Wasn’t sure if it would work but the flavor was delicious. I took photos but don’t think it’s possible to upload. I used Biosweet calorie and carb free sweetener and it wasn’t oversweet at all. Will definitely make it again

Was really good and very sweet I would recommend cutting sugar in half and taking out blueberries bc after had a small portion it kicked us out of Ketosis so thinking make with only blackberries and cutting the swerve sugar in half

I tried this and I was somewhat disappointed. The topping was too thick for the amount of fruit, I think I would cut it in half and was super sweet
