Keto Ham and Swiss Sliders
If you have hungry mouths to feed, give them something to keep them satisfied! These Keto ham and swiss sliders are the perfect size for keeping carbs low. They’re also perfect for making in large batches or having enough for cold leftovers later. You can have one, two, or even three servings of these sliders without having too many carbs. Keto-friendly buns are cut and filled with sliced ham and swiss cheese. The ingredients are heated and baked in the oven with a thick layer of mustard butter. This recipe uses dijon mustard, but you can choose your favorite style of mustard to make the butter.
Other types of sliders to make
The possibilities are really endless for all the different types of sliders you can make. Try a BLT slider with turkey deli slices. You can spread mayonnaise on the inside of the buns and brush mustard butter on top. Make a french onion roast beef slider dish with slices of roast beef, caramelized onions, and au jus. Brush plain butter on top of the buns.
Uses for the recipe
There are many group settings that even a Keto-friendly dish can be a part of! No matter who your guests are, these sliders make a yummy Keto Superbowl appetizer for kids and adults. Any type of party will do, or you can bring this dish to any potlucks. If you feed a group of kids after school, these warm sliders will keep their tummies full until dinner time.
What type of ham should I use?
If you’re choosing sliced ham from a grocery deli, avoid flavors that imply sugar. ‘Honey’ and ‘maple’ are terms that should be avoided. Look for flavors like hickory-smoked and black forest ham packaged in water.

Ingredients
Keto Burger Buns
3.5 bun
Deli ham
6 oz
Swiss cheese
3.5 slice (from pre-sliced package) - each 3/4 ounce
Butter, unsalted
1.5 tbsp
Dijon mustard
2 tsp
Recipe Steps

55 min
Step 1
Turn on an oven to preheat to 350 F (180 C) and spray a thin coating of pan spray on a 7x5 baking dish. Collect the amount of Keto hamburger buns you need for the recipe. Cut each hamburger bun into quarters.Step 2
Place the bottom pieces of the buns in the base of the baking dish. Slice the ham into thin, julienne pieces. Separate the pieces and arrange the ham over the buns in the dish. Next, cut pre-packaged slices of swiss cheese into quarters and arrange one piece on each slider.Step 3
Place the top pieces of hamburger buns over the sliders. Then, melt the butter in a small dish. Stir the mustard into the melted butter (it doesn’t have to fully mix together). Use a marinade or pastry brush to brush the mustard butter over the top of each bun. Be generous and use all of the mustard butter.Step 4
Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake the sliders in your oven for 40 minutes or until the cheese melts and the mustard butter completely bakes into the buns and makes them soft. Let the dish of sliders cool for 5-7 minutes before pulling a hot slider out to enjoy.

Is there a companion recipe for the "Keto Burger Buns" that form the foundation of this scrumptious looking treat?

You can make the Keto Bakes Sandwich Buns. Originally they were 2 carbs per bun, but they have changed the recipe and now they are 0 carbs per bun. They are sold on the Keto Bakes website and Amazon.

They sell carbmaster buns at Kroger stores. Those don't have sesame seeds but they are only 4g net carbs...I love being able to have a hamburger. I also will get 1/2 pound of meat from Arby's and toast one of these buns divide the meat in half and have an Arby's roast beef sandwich.

I have not seen them in Walmarts here in Manitoba, but will definitely look again - thanks.

You can get Leto bread and buns at any Walmart. They are in the bread isle. I buy them all the time. About 30calories and no net carbs.
