Instead of lemon juice which I was out of I used some yellow mustard to give it a tang. Used everything else the same and I added a little bit of light ranch dressing. It gave it a richer taste. I also used lakanto monkfruit to your required sweetness. I like tangy and sweet.

I only had red cabbage and I didn't add the parsley or green beans. The dressing tasted really good. Next time, I'll use green cabbage, red cabbage and add some shredded carrots.

You can add vinegar or a keto sweetener n celery seed or celery flakes, a bit of salt n pepper or any flavors that you like. Some even add cinnamon or garlic or onion powder. There’s all kinds of things you can use to make a dressing for coleslaw I haven’t made this particular one yet. I always end up using my own recipes starting out with someone else’s. Like chili I’ll sometimes add a tad of cinnamon to, LOL or whatever else I feel like adding. But I start out with someone else’s. Experiment little by little n you’ll learn things that you like but never add it to the whole pot. Just add a spice on your hand then add a tad to bites n see if it might be something that you like.

Try 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 c. Of mayo, 1 whole lemons juice.....no oil, no green beans, and a bag of slaw...

Obsessed with this... we make this with the Keto crispy chicken thighs. We cut them up and put them on a coconut wrap; we add the coleslaw and drizzle with buffalo sauce.

It needs some adjustments. I used 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon of powdered Swerve to lesson the mayo taste. I also didn't add olive oil. I added apple cider vinegar left out the lemon juice. Much improvement to the flavor!👍

I like a thinner dressing, and I didn’t have green beans on hand so doubled the cabbage and replaced 1/2 of the mayo with sour cream. Delicious!

had to thin out the dressing a bit to mix everything together but otherwise it tastes great!

Very good. Used a packaged cole slaw mix to save some time. Replaced the lemon juice with cider vinegar for a little zip. Great with burgers!

Cider vinegar is a great variation to lemon juice. I think I will use it instead! Thanks!

Really heavy, but I don’t love mayo. My family definitely vetoed making this again.
