Step 1
Melt the butter in a microwave. Add to a bowl. Add the eggs and almond milk. Beat well with a hand mixer on medium speed. Set it aside.Step 2
Finely chop the almonds. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, flax seeds, and chopped almonds to a bowl. Mix well.Step 3
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Let it sit for 10 minutes.Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.Step 5
