Low Carb Woo Woo Cocktail
What makes a woo woo? You may notice the ingredients are just like that of a vodka and cranberry cocktail. The only addition is a splash of peach schnapps for an extra fruity twist! So why even make a recipe for a woo woo? To make this Keto friendly alcohol recipe, you’ll need to make your own cranberry juice. Making fresh cranberry juice from the natural fruit will majorly reduce your sugar intake, plus it makes your cocktail taste way better than the quick drink thrown together at a bar. Sip this cranberry, lime, and peach cocktail when you want to cool down on a hot day or are ready to relax and unwind for the weekend.
Adding fresh peach juice
If you’re not interested in adding the peach schnapps, but still want to have the hint of peach to turn your vodka and cranberry into a woo woo, you can use fresh peach juice. Cook down frozen peaches in the same way you cook down the cranberry juice in Step 1. In fact, you could even combine the peach and cranberry juice together in one pot specifically for this drink. Blend and strain the peaches to add the juice to your cocktail.
What type of vodka to use
Avoid flavored vodkas that may have added sugar you don’t want to consume. While some cranberry-flavored vodkas may exist, it’s best to make your own cranberry juice on the Keto diet. Although you may choose any shelf level of vodka, you may want to choose a vodka whose flavor you appreciate for this cocktail.

Step 1
Make the cranberry juice by adding frozen cranberries to a pot and filling it with enough water to submerge the cranberries (this is not the water listed in your ingredients). Heat the pot until the cranberries start simmering and bursting in the pot. Cook the cranberries down for several minutes until they’re soft enough to mash completely with the back of a fork.Step 2
Remove the pot of cranberries from the heat, and use an immersion blender to blend the cranberries down to a pulp. Strain the warm cranberries through a sieve to extract all the juice, and discard the pulp. Add the cranberry juice, water, liquid stevia drops, vodka, peach schnapps, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake the drink vigorously for 15-30 seconds until the shaker turns cold.Step 3
Fill a tall glass with ice, then strain and pour your woo woo cocktail into the glass. You can garnish your woo woo with a slice of lime, slice of orange, cherries, or more cranberries. Keep a batch of mixed cocktails for up to 24 hours.
