This dish is made delicious with two forms of spicy flavors: ginger and red chili. The dish is simple and easy to prepare, simply throw all the ingredients into an instant pot. The result is tender, succulent pork with soy, ginger and garlic red chili flavors.

This was very yummy and easy to make but supremely spicy. I like spicy for those who don't want mouth scorching bites I would suggest reducing the chili paste significantly. Mine didn't really look like the pictures. Mine is very saucy. Although I cut off all visible fat it is pork shoulder so there was nothing I can do about the fat running through it and all of that fat rendered in the cooking process to make for a very oil heavy sauce but it sure tastes good.
