Anchovy Canned
2 anchovies
Mayonnaise
1-½ tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Parsley, Fresh

Cucumber

Very finely chop the anchovies and capers and add to a small bowl along with the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir well to combine.Step 2
Slice the cucumber into 10 1/4 inch thick discs.Step 3
