The Keto mug brownie is prepared using cocoa powder, which gives an intense chocolate flavor without adding a lot of carbs.

This recipe is super versatile and can be customized to your liking. Try adding walnuts, hazelnuts, or Keto marshmallows. You can also go crazy on the chocolate and add chocolate chips or white chocolate chunks. Feel free to add a scoop of sugar-free vanilla ice cream on top of the hot brownie.

I don't understand I must be missing something. There's no mention of Cocoa powder in this recipe, but the instructions specify to use it.

I add an ounce or two of hot espresso (right from the machine) into the mug I make mine in. The brownie absorbs the espresso like a sponge, so any dryness is eliminated and the flavor is that much better

Yum! I added Lilys milk chocolate style chips and really enjoyed this.

I thought this was delicious! I added 8 Lillys chips and cut back on swerve ultimate granular sweeteners . Also , added dollop of Redi- whip on top. I didn’t get the grainy texture like some of you were experiencing, I will be having this again sometime.

I remade this tonight and used the Hersheys Special Dark coca , it was better than the unsweetened milk chocolate.

Very good! I made it one time with regular cocoa and it was really good, but the Special Dark Hershey’s makes it even better.

Can this be baked in a toaster oven or regular oven ? If so, at what Time and Temperature ? We don't own a microwave for health reasons

Can you use oven or air fryer instead?

I would use the air fryer. Preheat it first and then cook for maybe 3 minutes on 400. Check at 2 minutes maybe? Just my two cents… keep us posted.

This is tasty but DO NOT put the replacement sugar in it! Swerve is actually 8g carbs per tablespoon!

A carb is a carb. My doc & dietician count TOTAL not net carbs. The body uses the carb regardless our label.

Great recipe! Did 1.5 tbsp of sugar b/c others recommended reducing. If you like things on the sweeter side, I'd keep the 2. Even 1.5 wasn't very sweet, and I'm not a sugar fanatic at all. I replaced the water with coffee and used canola oil for the flavor neutrality. This is my new go to when I need something sweet!

Delish! I used olive oil and stevia and it turned out perfectly, especially with a tablespoon of low carb ice cream on top.
