I have heard some really bad things about erythritol. Yet it seems CarbManager endorses it. Why encourage the use of a sweetener that has the potential of causing blood clots?

I can think for myself. The FDA hasn't removed it from the market. In this world anything can potentially kill you. Pick your own poison. If you don't feel it's worth the risk, don't use it.

Yummy, very chocolate! Hit the spot for my craving. Cake like texture. I didn't stir chips in, placed on top before cooking. I will say this felt like 2 servings.

I tried this tonight. Really liked it. Very rich. It was cooked on top and gooey on the bottom. Top and bottom tasted slightly different. Wife liked the gooey part. I only used 2 table spoons of the sweetener. Probably a sharable amount. I only ate 1/4th.

Amazing! I had low carb dark chocolate on hand so I used that instead of unsweetened baking chocolate then reduced sugar replacement to 1T. It was AMAZING! My husband (who is rail thin and not on keto) loved it. Absolutely a Hit!
