Step 1
Add the butter to a mixing bowl and bring it up to room temperature so that it is soft and mixable.Step 2
Finely chop the tomato, basil and olives and add to the bowl with the butter. Mix everything together well to combine, dispersing the seasonings throughout the butter evenly.Step 3
Lay out a square of saran wrap or baking paper. Spoon the butter along the center and roughly create a sausage shape with your hands.Step 4
Bring the edges of the paper or the wrap around the butter, wrapping it tightly in a sausage shape. Tightly twist the ends of the paper/wrap to seal. Transfer to the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes.
