Keto Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries with Parmesan
This Keto recipe makes a delicious side or snack option. Our low carb fries have been prepared with sliced avocado, strips of bacon, grated parmesan cheese, and aromatic fresh basil. These Keto-friendly fries make great dippers for your favorite low carb sauces!
Can I Make These in An Air Fryer?
Our Keto-friendly fries have been oven-baked for 16 minutes until golden. If preferred, you can cook these in an air fryer. Arrange the fries in the air fryer basket - you will likely need to do this in two batches so that you do not overcrowd the tray, and the avocado can cook evenly. Bake the fries at 400 degrees for 7 minutes - longer if needed - until the bacon is cooked through and golden.
Serving Suggestions
These Keto avocado fries are perfect for enjoying on their own as a bite-sized snack. They can also be used as a tasty salad topper for extra fats and protein. The fries also make excellent dippers - perfect for dipping into garlic mayonnaise, Keto ranch sauce, or a low carb salsa. You will find an array of Keto-friendly dip recipes in our sides section.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a shallow oven tray. Slice each piece of bacon in half across the center and arrange across a clean work surface.Step 2
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Slice the avocado into 8 even-sized strips. Add the grated parmesan to a bowl. Roll each avocado strip in parmesan so that it is lightly dusted all over.Step 3
Arrange a basil leave on each bacon piece. Take a parmesan-coated avocado slice and wrap it tightly in the bacon, securing the basil leaf inside. Repeat this with the remaining avocado and bacon.Step 4
Arrange the bacon-wrapped avocado pieces across the prepared oven tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Gently flip the avocado fries over and bake for a further 6-8 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and crisp and the avocado slightly browned. Allow to cool a little before serving.
