Keto Turkey Avocado Plate

A classic combo of turkey and avocado! This plate makes for a delicious, but quick lunch or dinner. This would work well prepped ahead of time for a “take to work” meal, just cut the avocado before eating. I like to use swiss chard as a small salad on the side because it has great flavor and is more tender than kale and is high in vitamin A.

Ingredients

  • Chard Swiss Raw

  • Hard Boiled Egg

Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

    Slice the swiss chard into julienned pieces and place it on the plate, drizzled with the olive oil. Add the turkey.

    Peel and cut a hard boiled egg in half and top it with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

    Halve and remove the pit from an avocado and add a dollop of mayo to the plate.

        If you don’t like hard boiled egg, how else can this recipe work without it ??

          Some Aioli is made with a raw egg yolk, so in this summer heat, eat it all right away, rather than store it. Either mayo or aioli will taste great!

            The directions say to use Mayo but the list of ingredients says Aioli. Just a heads up!
