Avocado Oil
½ tablespoon
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
⅛ tsp
Tamari Sauce
1-½ teaspoon
Sesame Seed Oil by Dynasty
1 teaspoon

Wash and dry shishito peppers.Step 2
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add the oil and then the peppers. Allow the peppers to cook on one side for 2-3 minutes so they get nice and blistered before stirring.Step 3
Stir a couple times then add the soy sauce and allow to bubble off. Turn off the heat and add the sesame seed oil.
