Preheat the oven to 180C/350F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and grate the mozzarella cheese. To a large microwave-safe bowl, add 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until the cheese is just melted, and mix the two kinds of cheese together using a spatula while still warm and set aside to slightly cool for a few minutes.Step 2
