Keto Flourless Almond Cake
This is such a beautiful simple cake that would be perfect to whip together for a get together with friends or a Sunday afternoon to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. The flavors are so clean and lovely and the cake itself is extremely moist.

Can you use Stevia sweetener instead and what would be the recommended substitution? I have powdered Stevia

DELICIOUS! This is my favorite treat for now! Baked as cupcakes, and they are just perfect. Great recipe!

Mini cupcakes bake more evenly while a full cake pan tends to be wet in the middle and overly dry on the edges. I used 1/3 less Swerve and the result is the butter flavor comes out and the aftertaste of the Swerve is gone.

What! This is delicious and moist. My non-keto family members loved this dessert. Will make this again...and again

Tasty and moist. I made the sweetener by putting granular xylitol in a food processor to make a powder. To make it equivalent to Swerve, it's 1 and 1/3 cups xylitol equals 1 cup Swerve. Nonketo spouse wants to eat it.

This was a big hit, even with non-keto eaters. Nice and dense. Great with coffee or tea.

Could I substitute the sweetener with monk fruit drops?

I have to admit that everything us expensive for startup but I remember purchasing premade treats/meals and the variety was limited and quantity was too. By stocking up supplies, I have saved money and have a greater variety by making my own treats.

Would this be good without the sugar substitute? I know it wouldn’t be very sweet, but would it bad?

Can you use earth butter? My daughter is lactose intolerant and I like to make her the recipes I love from this app

Looks good, tastes great. 😁 Mine didn’t rise much, so it was pretty dense. Would baking powder give a lighter result?? 10 carbs per slice wrecks my 17 carb daily macro allocation though 😑

Tried the levening and it left bitter taste. What did work for me was adding one teaspoon of Xanthangum. Like a charm. Still a close texture but you don't have to cut the top off to have a level, straight cake. Not as crumbly. Makes a perfect Victoria Sandwich cake
