Keto Hamburger Pepperoni Mushroom Pepper Olive Crockpot Pizza
Make ahead meals are made even better when you have this delicious crockpot pizza to look forward to. This crockpot pizza is layered with creamy, melty mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, browned grass-fed hamburger, green bell pepper, onions, portobello mushrooms and sliced black olives. Simply layer all the ingredients and top with the final layer of cheese and let it heat away throughout the day and it will be ready by dinnertime. Be sure to find a no added sugar pizza sauce for this recipe.

Avocado is a great side dish for this dish as well as any Keto-friendly vegetable like kale or asparagus. Overall, that will make a very filling meal.
What other ingredients can I add to this dish?
Any Keto-friendly pizza topping will work well here like cured meats (think salami, calabrese, peppered salami, crumbled sausage, bacon) as well as multiple different types of shredded cheese (Chihuahua cheese for Mexican pizza, pecorino and more ). Other goodies like spinach, artichoke hearts, red pepper flakes, roasted red peppers and dried herbs just to name a few.
Can I cook this without a crockpot?
Yes, you can place all the layered ingredients into an ovenproof dish with a lid and bake at 350 F instead. It will take less time and since the ingredients are mostly cooked.

Step 1
Slice onions into a thin and short julienne. Slice green bell peppers into thin strips and also thinly slice the mushrooms.Step 2
Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add 2 tbsp oil, swirl the pan then add the white onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions and mushrooms are starting to turn brown about 3-4 minutes. Add ¼ tsp kosher salt and stir well.Step 3
Add the green bell pepper and briefly cook, about 1 minute. Set aside veggies in a bowl.Step 4
Add 1 tbsp oil, swirl the pan and then add the hamburger. Cook the meat until it is fully cooked for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.Step 5
In the bottom of a 4 quart crockpot spread ⅓ cup of pizza sauce.Step 6
Top with ¼ of the cooked hamburger meat and spread evenly.Step 7
Next top with ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.Step 8
Add ¼ of the cooked mushrooms, bell peppers and onions.Step 9
Next, evenly distribute 8 pepperoni slices for the next layer.Step 10
Add ¼ of the sliced black olives.Step 11
Repeat this process 3 more times ending in a cheese layer with some pepperoni and hamburger meat.Step 12
Set the crockpot on low for 4 hours until hot and melted.

I did this and put it on keto tortillas and put under the broiler ( 6in away ) and it was great !!!

Very greasy and not the best tasting. Unsure if I did something wrong but I followed the recipe. Probably wouldn’t make again.

Only got 3 layers but that didn't matter. Delish, all the best parts of a pizza.

Why crock pot? Couldn't you just layer in a casserole dish and bake for a quicker meal?

This basically tastes like you removed the toppings from a Supreme Pizza and ate it. Which, in my opinion, is very delish! This also gives me an idea on doing exactly that next time I'm at a pizza place. I'll remove the toppings off 3 or 4 slices of pizza and boom!

This is very good. I agree with other reviews that the serving is small. I portioned mine out into 8 oz Kerr jars and each was between 1/2 and 2/3 full. Thought I would mention in case it helps any other users. I put 1 serving into a 1 net carb tortilla with 1/4 cup spinach and it was very satisfying. My husband also very much enjoyed this. Great!

Is this really 10 servings? That's a tiny amount of this. It would help ALOT if serving size (1 cup, 1/2 cup, etc) was included in these recipes.

I served 1/4 of the total and counted it as 2 servings, but it was too much. Might go with 6. 8 would be too small and 10 is ridiculous.

This is such a great way for utilising leftover ground beef. I made mine in the oven though, in a foil pack. Sort of like nachos. I skipped the peppers and onion, but added some jalapeños to top it off. Really delicious! Great idea!

This was delicious. However the fact that it is supposed to be 10 servings is unrealistic. It is 5 at most. It was also VERY greasy. Unsure if it was because of the pepperoni?

did you use extra lean beef? regular is greasy IMO
