Curry Powder

Heavy Cream

Butter
1 tablespoon
Parsley, Fresh

Cucumber
⅓ large - 8 1/4" long
Salt, Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Step 1
Add the eggs to a bowl along with the curry powder, cream, salt and pepper. Beat well to combine.Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the beaten egg and let it settle for a moment before scrambling with a fork. Cook to preference.Step 3
Whilst the eggs are cooking, slice the cucumber into 20 even sized discs - about 1/4 inch thick.Step 4
Divide the curried egg between the cucumber discs.Step 5
Scatter with fresh parsley to serve.
