Pitted Kalamata Olives by Mezzetta

Basil, Fresh
2 tablespoon
Oregano, Dried
2 teaspoon
Red Cabbage
½ medium - head - approx 5" diameter
Tomato, Canned
1 cup
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup, grated
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Remove the tough outer leaves from the cabbage and discard. Slice the cabbage into 6 wedges roughly 1 cm thick. Arrange on a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano and balsamic vinegar to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 4
Pour the tomato mixture over the cabbage wedges.Step 5
Scatter over the mozzarella, Parmesan and olives and drizzle over the olive oil.Step 6
Transfer to the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the cheese is golden. Scatter with fresh basil to serve.
