Step 1
To a bowl, add hemp seeds, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon powdered allulose, and vanilla extract. Mix, then whisk in the almond milk and heavy cream.Step 2
Combine lemon juice and 1/2 cup blueberries in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium-high heat then add the remaining 1 tbsp powdered allulose. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries are slightly softened and a syrup forms, 5 to 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of the "oat" mixture to each of 3 jars, and top each with 1 tablespoon of the blueberry mixture. Repeat the layering process 2 times.Step 4
Cover the jars and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Before serving, top with the remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries and the quartered teaspoon of lemon slices.

This is very tasty, however the amount of carbs for the little calories you get isn't worth it as a regular breakfast. I will make this occasionally for treats in the future because I enjoyed it so much and it is still better then and hits the craves of some other delicious treats out there.

I agree with MarvellousAv that the portion size is way small for the carbs. No way you can make two layers of either the chia or blue berry mixtures using the recipe’s measurements. I too added bacon to help with the holding power. The flavor was there. Probably won’t make again cuz it uses up too many carbs for a meal for the portion size.

New to Keto so I was disappointed with the serving size compared to the photo. There is now way 1/4 cup can be layered as shown using a jar as they state. Maybe with a shot glass. I used a drinking glass and basically placed 1/4 cup and added the 1 tablespoon of berry sauce. I will say it tasted delicious especially coming off a 17 hour fast and had my 2 pieces of bacon with it. I savored each tiny bite, lol!
